Role Overview

We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our Tyger Valley showroom team. The successful candidate will assist customers in selecting furniture, provide product information, generate quotations, process orders, and help maintain a professional and welcoming showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions.

Generate quotations and follow up on sales enquiries.

Process customer orders accurately.

Maintain product knowledge across all furniture ranges.

Respond to telephone, email, and online enquiries professionally.

Assist with showroom merchandising and presentation.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.

Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.

Assist with stock checks and showroom administration when required.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Strong customer service orientation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Computer literacy, including email and Microsoft Office.

Ability to learn product specifications and furniture materials.

Reliable transport to and from Tyger Valley.
