MobileMate is a well-established mobile device and technology business based in the Cape Quarter in Green Point. We specialise in mobile device repairs, accessories, smartphones and technology-related products and services.

We are looking for a friendly, energetic and outgoing Temporary Front-of-House/Sales Assistant to join our small team.

THE ROLE

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in-store and supporting the day-to-day operation of the shop.

Duties will include:

Welcoming and assisting customers
Front-of-house customer service
Assisting with retail sales
Recommending mobile device accessories and products
Receiving devices from customers for repairs and services
Assisting customers with general enquiries
Keeping the shop floor neat and presentable
General retail and administrative duties
