Lanseria-based manufacturing company is looking for a dynamic & experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record to lead our team & drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & execute effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals & objectives
• Lead, coach, & motivate a team of sales representatives to meet & exceed their targets.
• Analyse market trends & competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline.
• Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients & stakeholders.
• Prepare & present sales reports & forecasts to directors.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, & production teams to align with sales goals.

Requirements

• South African Citizen
• Min of five years of experience in a sales management role, within the steel manufacturing market.
• Proven ability to lead & mentor a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, & interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho & SAGE).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not a requirement.
• Own Transport and Valid Drivers ' License licence
