Position Type: Part-Time (28.5 Hours per week)

We are seeking a vibrant, enthusiastic, and reliable In-Store Sales Representative to join our team in Cape Town. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

Fluent in spoken and written English (Non-negotiable)
Resilient and not discouraged by rejection or objections
Self Motivated and target driven
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Natural salesperson with a passion for engaging customers
Prior sales or retail experience is an advantage but not required
Possess a matric certificate or higher qualification
Own transport will be an advantage

Working Hours:

Fixed schedule of 114 hours monthly.
Remuneration Structure:
Probation Period (Months 1–3): Gross package of R5,000.00 per month (consisting of an R3,500.00 basic salary + R1,500.00 travel allowance).
Permanent Rate (Post-Probation): Upon successful completion of probation, the basic salary adjusts to R8,000.00 per month (inclusive of travel allowance).
