We are a well-established printing company seeking a skilled and experienced Screen Truepress Operator to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain Screen Truepress digital printing machines

Ensure high-quality print output and colour accuracy

Monitor print jobs and make adjustments as needed

Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards

Work closely with the production and design teams

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience operating Screen Truepress or similar digital printing equipment

Strong understanding of digital printing processes and colour management

Attention to detail and quality control

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Good communication and teamwork skills

Relevant printing/production qualification (advantageous)

Additional Skills (Advantageous):

Knowledge workflow systems

Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills

Experience in a high-volume printing environment
