Asec Security Response is looking for a highly experienced, dedicated, and professional Security Supervisor to join our team.

The ideal candidate must have solid experience in the private security industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage security officers, supervise client sites, operate the control room, and ensure compliance with applicable security industry regulations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum PSIRA Grade C registration.
- Proven experience as a Security Supervisor in the private security industry.
- Must be fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver's licence.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must reside in or around Midrand, Gauteng.
- Must have strong leadership and personnel management skills.
- Must have good knowledge of PSIRA requirements and security industry compliance procedures.
- Must be able to work independently and handle operational challenges professionally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage and supervise security officers deployed at client sites.
2. Conduct site inspections and ensure officers perform their duties correctly.
3. Manage control room operations and respond to incidents.
4. Prepare duty rosters, attendance records, and operational reports.
5. Monitor officers' discipline, punctuality, and performance.
6. Ensure compliance with PSIRA requirements and applicable security industry regulations.
7. Communicate professionally with clients and address operational issues.
8. Monitor incidents and ensure timely reporting to management.
9. Ensure that company procedures and client requirements are followed.
10. Assist management with daily security operations and administrative duties.
