We are a dynamic, fast-growing furniture manufacturing
company with a national footprint, seeking an experienced Senior Carpenter to join our Northern Suburbs workshop.
This is a key role for a skilled artisan looking to take on leadership responsibilities and drive quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and draft precise cutting lists.
Manage, supervise, and train workshop staff.
Cutting and assembly of melamine and hardwood furniture.
Maintain strict quality control and manage multiple production tasks simultaneously.
Bonus: Welding and upholstery experience is highly advantageous.
Requirements:
4–5+ years of proven woodwork and carpentry experience.
High school diploma or technical/trade qualification.
Valid South African ID (Essential requirement).
Clear criminal record.
Valid driver’s licence (Advantageous).
