Description
A leading FMCG manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager to lead and optimise high-volume production operations within a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
Degree or Diploma in Production Management, Engineering, Food Technology, or related field
Minimum 8โ10 yearsโ experience in FMCG or food manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO)
Proven experience managing large teams and multiple production lines
Solid understanding of manufacturing KPIs, OEE, and continuous improvement tools
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
