A prestigious luxury brand based in Paarden Eiland is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Stock Controller to join their dynamic team.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within warehouse stock control and inventory management, preferably within a luxury retail, premium product, or high-volume environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric Certificate
Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse stock control
Strong knowledge of supply chain systems and inventory management software
Excellent understanding of stock movement, receiving, dispatching, and reconciliations
Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong administrative and reporting skills
High attention to detail and excellent organisational ability
Strong communication and team coordination skills
Reliable and trustworthy with strong stock accountability

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all warehouse stock control operations
Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy at all times
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and variances
Manage receiving, dispatching, transfers, and returns processes
Ensure all stock movements are captured accurately on the system
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and supply chain departments
Generate stock reports and analyse inventory trends
Conduct cycle counts and annual stock takes
Ensure warehouse compliance, organisation, and stock security
Monitor slow-moving, damaged, or obsolete stock
Assist with forecasting and stock planning
Supervise stock control procedures and ensure company standards are maintained
Work closely with management to improve operational efficiency
