Description

We are looking for a mature, highly trustworthy and experienced Senior Store Manager to lead our retail store.
This is not a standard store manager role. The successful candidate will oversee daily store operations, lead the team, drive sales and act as managements trusted representative in-store.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Open/close store and ensure security

Lead, motivate and manage staff

Drive sales and store performance

Ensure exceptional customer service

Handle escalated customer complaints

Report operational, staff and customer issues to management

Assist with stock planning and buying decisions

Manage daily admin and retail systems

REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years retail management experience

Strong team leadership experience

Strong sales background

Computer literate

Comfortable using POS/retail systems

Own reliable transport

Must be available MondaySaturday

ADVANTAGEOUS:

Premium/luxury retail experience

Buying/merchandising experience

The role offers annual performance bonuses and additional team incentives based on store performance.
