We’re looking for a friendly, energetic and highly organised Service Ambassador to join our team.

This is more than just a customer service role. You’ll be at the front line of the business, helping customers, processing orders, handling queries, solving problems and making sure every customer receives professional, efficient service.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

Has 1+ years’ experience in a retail/service environment - essential

Has excellent customer service and communication skills - essential

Is efficient, reliable, responsible and exceptionally well organised -
essential

Can stay calm and productive under pressure while managing multiple
tasks

Has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in getting things
right - essential

Can work independently without constant supervision

Is a fast learner who can think on their feet and find practical
solutions

Is fully computer literate.

Has a positive, friendly and energetic personality - essential

Has design experience — an advantage, but not essential

WORKING HOURS

This position is based in the Southern Suburbs

Monday – Friday: 8:30am –5:30pm

Saturday & Public Holidays: 9:00am – 2:00pm
