We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Service Station Manager to oversee daily operations and drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all forecourt and shop operations

Supervise staff, rosters and performance

Oversee fuel and shop stock control, stock counts and ordering

Monitor cash-ups, reconciliations and daily reporting

Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety and audit standards

Drive sales growth and customer service standards

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years’ service station management experience

Strong knowledge of fuel operations and retail controls

Experience with PDI Software

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Able to work extended hours and weekends if required

Must have own transport or live close to Phoenix, Durban
