Required is a shop assistant to assist to sell auto accessories to customers who visit the shop.
Responsibilities:
· Assist customers in selecting the right accessories according to their needs.
· Answer and respond to customer inquiries regarding auto accessories.
· Explain performance of the chosen accessory and its benefits to customers.
· Suggest alternative accessory in case the required accessory is not available.
· Keep abreast of new and the latest auto products and accessories.
· Display car accessories in a store in an organized manner.
· assist other shop assistants in the store.
· Provide follow-up services to customers to inspire repeat and referral business.
Qualifications & Competencies:
· At least a senior education certificate preferably matric
· Prior retail sales experience (At least 2 years)
· Computer Literacy
