SHOP MANAGER – BLACKHEATH
Are you a vibrant, creative, and energetic individual with a passion for retail and customer service? We are looking for a dynamic Shop Manager to manage our shop in Blackheath, Western Cape.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience managing a small retail shop is essential.
• A valid driver's licence is a must.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to drive sales and increase revenue.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage stock, merchandising, and daily shop operations.
• Computer literacy will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop.
• Lead, motivate, and support shop staff.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Develop creative ideas to attract customers and increase sales.
• Ensure products are displayed attractively and professionally.
• Monitor stock levels and manage stock control.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media content.
• Ensure the shop is clean, organised, and welcoming.
• Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving sales targets.
