WHAT YOU’LL DO

Open and close the site
Monitor visitors and help maintain site security
Clean common areas and keep the grounds neat and safe
Prepare storage units for tenants
Assist tenants with questions and day-to-day needs
Report faults and help with basic maintenance

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Attention to detail
Able to work independently
Good communication and a customer-friendly approach
Basic handyman ability
Physically fit
Reliable, proactive, and responsible
Forklift experience is an advantage
A driver’s licence and transport are beneficial
Matric is preferred
