Description

We are hiring a Semi skilled Site Electrician/Technician, based in the southern suburbs, (moving to the northern suburbs in August) of Cape Town, who will join the manufacturing and installation team, responsible for building, installing, maintenance, and repair of IOT electrical connected systems, equipment and machinery within the agricultural sector.

Driver’s licence and eligible for a passport

3-5 years work experience within an electrical or technical field

N-level studies

IT literate

Ability to work at heights

Physical ability to lift to 30 kgs

A basic understanding of electronic circuits such as 3-phase motor circuits, high-voltage AC 400V/230V and low-voltage AC or DC 24V/12V will be advantageous.

Skills, Characteristics and Abilities

Strong customer service focus

Clean criminal record

Valid driver's licence

Valid passport or eligible for a passport

Good communication skills

Based in Cape Town with own transport

Willing to travel locally & internationally

Able to work independently or in teams under pressure
