Employment Type: Project Based

Remuneration: R 15 000- R 18 000 ( experience related)

Minimum Requirements:

Advanced Diploma / BTech in Quantity Surveying
Proven experience of three years in scheduling and planning of works within strict project timeframes
Experience limited to building projects and renovations
Must reside within Mbhashe Municipality
Own vehicle will be an added advantage
Professional registration with SACPCMP or SACOQS as a QS / Project Manager / Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with project schedules
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to meet deadlines
Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards on site
Prepare and maintain accurate site records and reports
Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of works

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management principles
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and enforce strict timelines
Leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork and accountability
