Qualifications
3 or more years experience in the field

Responsibilities

- Assist the Head Chef/Deli Manager in daily kitchen operations and menu execution
- Maintain strict food safety, hygiene and quality standards
- Oversee kitchen staff
- Manage stock control, waste reduction and inventory
- Create up upscale culinary offerings for our fresh Deli and prepared food counters

Minimum requirements

- Proven culinary experience as a sous chef or senior kitchen role
- Strong background in fine dining, or upscale food service
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable transport
