The role requires an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working independently and is customer service driven as the role requires gaining an understanding of customers as well as dealing with customers positively.
Direct selling and managerial experience in Franchise or Corporate Stores is a prerequisite. A solid track record in achieving and exceeding budget is essential.
Computer literacy as well as a strong financial acumen is required, as feedback will be expected around the operational issues of the store.
The individual would be expected to work the operating hours of the shopping centre.
Key responsibility areas will be discussed during the interview.
