Telesales Representative
We are looking for a confident and professional Telesales Representative with a proven ability to speak to prospects, qualify leads, follow up, book appointments, and meet or exceed targets.
You will work on different client campaigns. Your job will be to contact new or existing leads, explain the client’s offer, find out whether the person is interested and suitable, and book an appointment with the sales team.
What You Will Do
Make outbound calls to prospects
Follow up with leads from advertising and marketing campaigns
Explain client services and offers clearly
Ask questions to understand the prospect’s needs
Check whether the prospect is a suitable lead
Book appointments, consultations, demonstrations, or sales calls
Follow up with people who are still interested
Contact old or inactive leads
Keep clear notes after every call
Update the CRM or campaign tracking sheet
Help clients build a steady pipeline of qualified leads
What We Are Looking For
You should:
Have experience in telesales, telemarketing, appointment setting, lead qualification, or outbound calling
Have a proven record of booking appointments, generating qualified leads, and meeting or exceeding targets
Be able to provide examples of targets you have achieved or exceeded
Be confident speaking to new people and business decision-makers
Speak clearly and professionally
Be able to explain an offer without sounding too scripted or pushy
Know how to ask the right questions
Be comfortable handling basic objections
Be organised and reliable with follow-ups
Be able to work with different clients, industries, and scripts
Be comfortable working towards call and appointment targets
Represent our clients professionally
