Telesales representative for a chemical company
We are a chemical company based in Cornubia business park that specialises in healthcare, home care and automotive products.
The ideal candidate should have telesales experience in the chemical industry with industrial or home care products.
Requirements:
1 - 3 years sales experience
Having established customer relationships are beneficial
Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
Identify sales opportunities: Find new customers through cold calling and other lead generation methods.
Qualify prospects: Understand customers' needs and requirements to determine if they are likely to buy.
Present products and services: Explain the features and benefits of the company's offerings.
Close sales: Negotiate with customers to close sales deals.
Build relationships: Maintain good customer relationships and follow up with customers after the sale.
Handle complaints: Address customer issues and complaints
Generate leads: Pass qualified leads to the sales team.
Track sales: Record calls and sales, and update customer records
Meet sales goals: Work to meet sales quotas and KPIs.
