Kayma Signs is looking for a skilled Vinyl Applicator & Signage Installer with real hands-on production and installation experience to join our growing team.

This role is not just application — you must understand how to handle high-end vehicle wraps, window graphics, and physical signage installations safely and professionally.

Requirements

✔ Valid driver's license (Essential)

✔ Strong experience with full and partial vehicle wrapping (cars, bakkies, vans, and trucks) ✔ Experience with applying window frosting / sandblast vinyl and wallpapers

✔ Experience using heat guns, application fluids, and specialized wrapping tools

✔ Ability to install indoor and outdoor physical signage (3D lettering, lightboxes, and metal signs)

✔ Ability to work comfortably at heights using ladders and scaffolding

✔ Strong understanding of vinyl stretch properties, weeded graphics, and bubble-free finishing

You must be able to:

• Prepare, clean, and de-grease surfaces correctly for flawless application

• Handle precise trimming, cutting, and post-heating of vinyl edges

• Maintain strict quality control to prevent lifting, bubbles, or scratches

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production and on-site installation environment.

Advantage Experience in advanced vehicle color changes, paint protection film (PPF), or wide-format print finishing.
