We are looking for WAITERS for an exciting new restaurant opening in the vibrant City Bowl of Cape Town. Our client is seeking individuals who take pride in making guests feel welcome, comfortable, and well cared for. This role is perfectly suited to someone who possesses great attentiveness, excellent knowledge of the menu, and a natural ability to connect with people

Core Responsibilities

Guest Service: Deliver attentive, polished service that feels natural rather than scripted. Anticipate guest needs and respond with genuine warmth, discretion, and professionalism.
Menu Knowledge & Storytelling: Present and guide guests through the menu with confidence, insight, and enthusiasm. Present dishes with clarity and pride, sharing insight into ingredients and inspiration when appropriate.
Table Care: Ensure tables are set, maintained, and cleared to the restaurant’s high standards
Who Our Client Is Looking For
Experience: Previous restaurant service experience within a quality restaurant or hospitality environment.
Personality: Warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely guest-focused with a desire to create a positive dining experience.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, interacting with guests and confidently explaining menu items.
Team Player: A reliable professional who works seamlessly with colleagues during fast-paced service periods.

What’s on Offer

Salary: ZAR 7,000 – ZAR 10,000 per month (dependent on experience).
