MLN Contractors is looking for a skilled Workshop Manager with hands-on fabrication experience to lead our steel workshop. If you can lead a team, manage workflow, and work with steel — this is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily running of the workshop
Lead a team of fabricators and welders
Work from drawings and cutting lists
Do hands-on fabrication and welding
Keep work quality and safety top priority
Maintain workshop tools and equipment

Requirements:

5+ years in steel fabrication
Experience managing a workshop or team
Can read and work from technical drawings
Skilled in welding
Good at solving problems and working under pressure
Driver's license and clear communication
