Job Summary
We are seeking a hands‑on Operations Controller to manage and support our field service technicians across variable sites.
The role involves planning and coordinating maintenance and breakdowns on reach stackers and forklifts, while also overseeing the integration of our new electrical fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule technician activities across multiple sites
Coordinate maintenance and urgent breakdown responses
Ensure smooth operations for both diesel and electrical fleets
Support technicians with hands‑on guidance and problem‑solving
Ideal Candidate:
Strong planning and organizational skills
Practical, hands‑on approach to field operations
Experience with heavy machinery (forklifts, reach stackers)
Knowledge of electrical fleet systems an advantage.
