Looking for an experienced back of house restaurant manager for an establishment based in Summerstrand, Port Elizabeth.
Must have a good understanding and knowledge of the operations and procedures that are required for running a successful restaurant kitchen.
At least 3 years experience with contactable references.
Duties include but not limited to
Ordering stock
Records keeping
Quality and production control as well as having good team management skills.
