We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving quality beverages, delivering exceptional
customer service, and maintaining high operational, hygiene, and presentation standards
within the café environment.

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light meals

Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming café experience

Take customer orders and process payments accurately

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with company policies

Ensure the coffee bar is fully stocked and well presented at all times

Perform opening and closing duties

Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently

Work collaboratively as part of the store team

Passion for coffee and customer service

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong teamwork skills

Professional appearance and presentation

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Grade 12 / Matric Certificate

Previous Barista experience in a retail or café environment preferred

Barista training or qualification advantageous

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, honest, and professional

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Strong attention to detail

Flexible to work retail hours,including weekends and public holidays

Cash handling and point-of-sale experience advantageous

Clear criminal record
