WE’RE HIRING: SENIOR CCTV TECHNICIAN

Are you an experienced CCTV Technician

TTK Surveillance is looking for a Senior CCTV Technician to join our team and take responsibility for complex installations, fault-finding, commissioning and technical support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and complete advanced CCTV installations and upgrades
Install, configure and commission IP and analogue CCTV systems
Configure and troubleshoot NVRs, DVRs, IP cameras and PoE switches
Perform advanced network and CCTV fault-finding
Diagnose recurring and complex system faults
Configure remote viewing and CCTV monitoring systems
Conduct system maintenance, repairs and upgrades
Assist junior technicians with technical issues and troubleshooting
Inspect completed installations to ensure TTK standards are met
Ensure correct cable routing, termination, labelling and installation practices
Complete detailed job reports, testing records and installation photographs
Communicate technical findings and recommendations to clients
Escalate major technical issues to management when required

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years’ CCTV technical experience
Strong knowledge of IP CCTV, analogue CCTV and networking
Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Experience with NVRs, DVRs, PoE switches and CCTV software
Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical issues
Ability to lead and guide junior technicians
Good understanding of structured cabling and network infrastructure
Valid driver’s licence
Own reliable transport preferred
Good communication and customer-service skills
Willingness to work overtime and after-hours when required

ADVANTAGEOUS

Dahua, Hikvision experience
Fibre installation and fault-finding experience
Access control experience
Alarm systems experience
ANPR experience
CCTV off-site monitoring experience
Relevant technical qualification
PSIRA registration
