Nutripick is a fast-growing fresh food production company focused on quality, hygiene, and consistency.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Manager to lead and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety across our facility.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all cleaning operations within the facility
Develop and enforce cleaning schedules
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Manage all waste streams in line with food safety and environmental standards
Implement waste reduction and recycling initiatives
Ensure correct waste segregation, storage, and disposal procedures
Manage and train cleaning staff, including waste handling protocols
Conduct regular inspections and audits
Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper chemical usage
Work closely with production and QA teams to maintain standard through the facility

Requirements

Proven experience in a cleaning or hygiene management role (food production preferred)
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and cleaning protocols
Leadership and team management skills
High attention to detail and accountability
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Fit and able to stand for long hours
Available to work Saturdays and public holidays
