Sales: New and used vehicle sales, targets, margins, and customer experience.
Finance & Insurance (F&I): Ensuring finance, insurance, warranties, and related products perform well and comply with regulations.
After-sales: Service, parts, workshop performance, and customer retention.
Financial management: Revenue, gross profit, expenses, cash flow, and profitability.
People management: Hiring, coaching, motivating, and managing department heads and sales teams.
Manufacturer/OEM relationship: Working with the vehicle brand, meeting franchise standards, targets, and reporting requirements.
Strategy: Stock management, pricing, marketing, local market share, and business growth.
Compliance: Ensuring the dealership follows legal, financial, labour, and manufacturer requirements.
