- General Works, such as repairing doors and windows (hinges, locks, handles), patching holes in walls and ceilings etc., tiling, painting, cleaning and maintenance of gutters and downspouts.
- Basic Plumbing works, for example, unblocking of toilets, repairs of flushing mechanisms, blocked drains, repairs to back-up water systems, leaking taps, pipes and toilets.
- Basic electrical works: Replace lights as required.
