About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Officer to manage and support our HR functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, employment contract drafting, policy implementation, COIDA administration, HR compliance, and providing professional advice to management on labour legislation and HR best practices.

Applicants must possess:

Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Human Resource Management, Labour Relations, Industrial Psychology or a related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.

Experience managing disciplinary, grievance, incapacity and poor performance processes
