The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and technically minded Junior Systems Integration Technician to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with 0 to 2 years of experience who is eager to learn and grow in the smart home and luxury technology industry. You will work alongside experienced system designers, engineers, and senior technicians to install, configure, and troubleshoot high-end residential technology systems.
Key Responsibilities
•Assist with the installation and configuration of home automation systems, audio-visual equipment, and custom home cinemas.
•Support the setup of enterprise-grade home networks, WiFi systems, and smart lighting controls.
•Assist in the installation of security systems, CCTV, and access control solutions.
•Pulling cables, terminating connections, and ensuring neat and professional rack building.
•Collaborate with the project team to ensure systems are delivered to our high standards of quality and aesthetics.
•Learn and adapt to new technologies and installation techniques on the job.
Requirements
•Experience: 0 - 2 years in a technical, IT, electrical, or audio-visual role. (School leavers or recent graduates with a strong technical aptitude are welcome to apply).
•Driver's License: A valid South African driver's license is strictly required.
•Technical Aptitude: A basic understanding of electronics, IT networks, or AV systems is highly advantageous.
•Attitude: A willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a passion for technology.
•Attention to Detail: Pride in your work, ensuring neatness and precision in every task.
•Communication: Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team and present professionally on client sites.
What We Offer
•A starting salary of R5,500 per month.
