We are looking for a junior buyer/procurement administrator to join our team in the Sibaya area.

Requirements:

- Female (between 30 – 40)

- Must Be Computer Literate

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Advanced Excel Skills

- Fast typing skills, meticulous with attention to detail

- Works well under pressure

- Able to multitask

- Min qualification Matric

- Own vehicle and driver license – preferred not essential

- 3 years of experience in buying, price negotiations, construction services and administrative support is crucial

- Understanding of the construction industry and processes are beneficial

- Excellent organization, time management, attention to detail, and communication skills are essential

- Available immediately

Duties:

- Conduct commercial negotiations on pricing, scope of supply, terms and conditions and logistics.

- Fleet management

- Receiving and scanning goods and checking against orders.

- Data entry and paperwork
