Turks & Caicos Islands Ideal for Newly Qualified Graduate

We are seeking a motivated South African culinary graduate to join our fast-paced breakfast and lunch operation in Turks & Caicos.

This role offers international exposure and strong foundational kitchen experience in a structured, high-energy environment.

The position is split between two daytime concepts:

Bistro Kitchen (Approx. 150 Covers Daily)
Breakfast and lunch service

High-volume plating

Learning speed, consistency, and service discipline

Café Production Kitchen
Sandwich preparation

Pastry and baked goods

Parfaits, egg bites, and breakfast items

Daily prep and batch production

Start date: Immediate (pending work permit approval).

USD $22,880 per annum (approx. $10/hour)
