Requirements:
Full responsibility for assigned driver and vehicle
Communicate effectively with drivers, staff, and management
Plan and coordinate deliveries end-to-end
Load vehicles as per allocation
Relay and ensure understanding of client instructions
Track vehicles to ensure on-time delivery
Report and follow up on breakdowns
Manage PODs daily (update and submit)
Maintain accurate records (logs, diesel, trip sheets, Keyfleet)
Monitor operations and resolve issues promptly
Provide regular updates to management
Work with departments to improve operations
Manage driver equipment and stock
Complete ad-hoc tasks
