Willing to work away from home.
Specialize in concrete structures (bridges, culverts, major dams) (no earthworks, no bulk sewer pipeline candidates)
7-10 years of experience
GCC and FIDIC (most common contracts we work with)
Estimating abilities (MUST HAVE)
