Role

The primary purpose of this role is to provide technical leadership and guidance whilst ensure that key technology projects, critical and complex customer technical support and scheduled technical obligations to customers are successfully executed within schedule. Oversee daily production workflows, manage cross-functional resources, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate field deployment activities and ensure operational readiness of technical teams.

Core Responsibilties

Operational Strategy: Drive the development, implementation, and optimization of operational procedures, SOPs, and performance metrics. Oversee project implementation, ensuring plans are executed correctly and issues are resolved. Develop and implement improvements to systems and operations which can improve the

operational effectiveness of the company.

Resource & Budget Management: Allocate technical personnel, manage material procurement, and oversee multi-million budgets to maximize ROI. Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and technical due diligence for prospective clients.

Process Improvement: Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and identify bottlenecks to eliminate inefficiencies and minimize forced outages or production delays. Be proactive in identifying problem areas and develop alternative solutions and

recommendations.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to local regulations and site-specific Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards. Foster a strong engineering culture and promote best practices. Manage the safe working behaviour of the operations engineering team and third party contractors, demonstrating a high regard for personal and team performance, sustaining a zero overdue status of investigations and actions.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree/B.Tech/ND in an applicable engineering discipline (e.g., Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial) or Operations Management.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in Civil Construction, process engineering, projects, or operations management.
