We are looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and detail-orientated Supervisor to join our team at a petrol station in Durban North.
Position:
6-month contract (with potential to become permanent)
Market-related salary (please include your salary expectation)
Requirements:
Valid driver’s licence
Minimum 2 years’ experience
Previous petrol station experience (advantageous)
Strong admin, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Good people/Staff management and customer engagement
Basic motor mechanics knowledge (advantageous)
Able to work early hours and flexible shifts
Role:
Oversee daily operations
Manage staff and maintain performance
Handle customer queries and resolve issues
Monitor stock, cash controls, and reporting
We are looking for someone hands-on, proactive, and able to take ownership.
