Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and reliable Towing Dispatcher to join our fast-paced towing and recovery team.

Requirements:

- Previous dispatching or control room experience advantageous

- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette

- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment

- Good knowledge of surrounding areas and routes

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills

- Computer literate

- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work shifts if required

- Experience in the towing/transport industry will be beneficial

- Traceable references required

Duties Include:

- Dispatching towing vehicles efficiently

- Handling incoming calls and client queries

- Coordinating drivers and recovery operations

- Updating job statuses and maintaining records

- Liaising with insurance companies, clients, and drivers

Preference:

Applicants residing close to Ballito will be advantageous.
