Responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the customer base, and fostering strong client relationships within an assigned territory. This role aligns with the company’s national sales objectives by executing regional sales strategies, delivering revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
SALES PERFORMANCE & REVENUE GROWTH
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Implement regional sales strategies in line with the company’s national objectives.
• Monitor sales trends and adjust strategies to maximize revenue potential.
• Generate and manage sales leads to ensure consistent pipeline growth.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders. • Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
• Implement customer retention strategies to build long-term partnerships.
MARKET PENETRATION & BRAND
• Identify market trends and capitalize on opportunities for growth.
• Promote the company’s products through targeted outreach and presentations.
• Ensure brand consistency and product positioning within the assigned territory.
• Gather and report market intelligence to support competitive positioning.
SALES OPS & REPORTING
• Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and competitor insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front office, accounts, production, and stores, to optimise sales operations.
• Adhere to budgetary guidelines and cost-effective sales strategies.
COMPLIANCE & RISK MANAGEMENT
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
• Mitigate risks related to pricing, credit management, and contractual agreements.
• Uphold ethical sales practices to maintain the company’s reputation.
