Simply Asia is looking for an experienced, confident and motivated Restaurant Manager.
The ideal candidate must meet the following:

Requirements & Qualification

Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience.
Daily Operations
Oversee day-to-day restaurant opening, running, and closing procedures.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and speed of service.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, health, and safety compliance.
Team Leadership
Hire, train, mentor, and rostering staff.
Lead pre-shift meetings and motivate the team to perform at their best.
Manage staff performance
Financial & Stock Management
Track daily sales, control labor costs, and manage operational budgets.
Inventory counts, stock ordering, and minimize food waste.
Customer Service
Greet guests, build positive relationships, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Handle customer feedback or complaints calmly and professionally with quick solutions.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Point of Sale (POS)
Good financial skills (budgeting, stock control, and basic P&L).
