Khula Human Capital is recruiting an experienced Restaurant Manager for a luxury hospitality establishment in Stellenbosch.

Applicants must be South African citizens.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 essential; a tertiary qualification in Food Services Management or Hospitality preferred.
• At least 2–3 years’ Restaurant Manager experience in a 5-star or luxury establishment.
• Wine certification or equivalent relevant experience.
• Previous Gourmet Guide / Eat Out aligned fine dining experience preferred.
• Excellent food and wine knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication.
• Confidence in dealing with distinguished clientele.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• High stress tolerance and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Reliable, flexible, adaptable and self-disciplined.
• High standards of ethical conduct.

A tertiary qualification in Food Services
