We are seeking a reliable and friendly individual to handle inbound phone calls and manage table reservations for our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
Take, confirm, and manage table bookings using our reservation system.
Answer guest inquiries regarding menu options, operating hours, and special events.
Requirements:
Excellent spoken English and professional phone etiquette.
Reliable phone/internet connectivity and a quiet environment if working remotely.
Previous experience in restaurant bookings, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
